Google Ads Management | Google Ads Service Based Businesses

Google Ads Account Creation & Management

You're already good at what you do. You're getting some business, maybe even consistent business, but you need more. And you know Google Ads can get you there. You just don't want to learn it, don't have time to learn it, or you've tried it before, and it didn't work the way it should have.

That's where I come in.

I'm Glenneth, a Google Ads Certified Professional with 13+ years of experience managing campaigns for service-based businesses both local and online. I handle the setup, strategy, weekly monitoring, and monthly reporting so you can stay focused on running your business. You get more leads. I handle the ads.

Account Creation (one-time fee starting at $500)

If you're starting from scratch, I build the account start to finish: keywords, ads, negatives, bidding, audience setup, conversion tracking, and Google Analytics connected so we actually know what's working. You fill out a short onboarding form. I handle everything else.

Monthly Management (starting at $325/month, 3-month minimum)

Every week I'm in your account checking clicks, impressions, keyword performance, and bids. Some weeks, there are changes to make. Some weeks, the campaign is running well, and the job is watching it like the stock market, no knee-jerk reactions. Either way, someone who knows what they're looking at is watching your money. Every month, you get a report showing exactly how it's performing.

Google Ads management is for you if:

  • You're a service-based business, local or online, and you need more leads coming in
  • You don't have time to learn Google Ads, don't want to, or you know it's better managed by someone who does it every day
  • You've tried Google Ads before, and it didn't work — and you're ready to find out why
  • You're already getting some business, and you want more of it, faster

It's not for you if:

  • Your business or offer is brand new and hasn't been sold yet. Google Ads brings more qualified traffic to what's already working. It doesn't fix an offer that isn't converting yet.
  • Your website isn't doing its job. If people are landing on your site and not reaching out, ads will accelerate that problem, not solve it.

December was great!! I had a total of 12 calls for the month of December, which were all ad generated. My business has increased for 2022 by 76% which was amazing! I ended 2021 with 59 calls and went to 104 in '22. Your knowledge and experience has certainly paid off, thank you!

I truly can not say enough good things about working with Glenneth! I have been running my online business for almost 5 years now and knew that Google Ads was my missing piece. But every time I spoke to someone about running my google ads for me, they wanted to charge over $2,000 up front and $1000 – $1500/mo to monitor them. I had never done google ads, and wasn’t planning on spending that much each month on ads to start – never the less in fees!

Glenneth’s rates are reasonable. She is VERY knowledgeable. She takes the time to truly understand what you are promoting – and how TO promote – AND how NOT TO promote it! As such, she has saved me tons of money in ad spend by being efficient and only marketing to my true ideal client. Before Glenneth, I would have one to two consultation calls with my ideal client per month. Now I’m having three a week. Nothing I have ever done has been as effective as this in selling my one on one services, and Glenneth has made it easy, fun and REALLY profitable! This is the best addition I’ve done to my business in the past two to three years. I now refer her confidently to my family, my friends, and my clients! She is amazing!!!

COMMON QUESTIONS ABOUT GOOGLE ADS MANAGEMENT

Does Google Ads work for my industry?
If people are searching for your service on Google, Google Ads can work for you. I've run campaigns for therapists, pool contractors, med spas, crematoriums, dumpster rental companies, and online service providers. The platform doesn't care what industry you're in — what matters is whether your customers are searching for what you offer.

I've tried Google Ads before and it didn't work.
This is the most common thing I hear. Before you write it off, two questions: what were you tracking as a conversion? And how many negative keywords did you have in the campaign? Most of the time when Google Ads “didn't work,” budget was going to the wrong searches and nobody was watching it closely enough to catch it. That's exactly what ongoing management is for.

Why is there a 3-month minimum?
Google Ads campaigns need time to gather data before you can optimize them effectively. The first month is setup and early data. Month two is where you start seeing what's working. Month three is where real optimization happens. Three months is the minimum to do this right — not a contract designed to lock you in.

What do I need to have ready before we start?
A website that's already converting — meaning people land on it and reach out. Google Ads will bring more qualified traffic to your site faster, but the site has to be doing its job first. If you're not sure, we can talk through it on the discovery call.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No contracts. When you pay your first invoice, that's our agreement. The 3-month minimum is there because that's the minimum time needed to see what Google Ads is actually doing for your business — not a lengthy contract to sign.

How does payment work?
Payment is due monthly and upfront. I accept credit card, PayPal, ACH, or check — whatever works for you.
